CPR by DV Academy does not currently offer any paid courses or products — every tool on this site is free to use. This Refund Policy is published in advance and will apply from the day paid courses launch.
At CPR by DV Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle all future refund and cancellation requests fairly and transparently.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, once courses are available. By completing a payment, you will acknowledge and accept the terms described below.
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a one-on-one mentorship or live session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as attended sessions and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any additional delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to course content, please contact us at cprbydv@gmail.com within 48 hours of the issue occurring. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or, if unresolvable, provide an appropriate remedy.
CPR by DV Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or restructure course content at any time to maintain quality and relevance. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
